The Cserszegtomaj Arboretum and the Margit look-out are 300 meters distance from the apartments; the castle theatre is 1300 meters, in a distance of 1500 there is a riding school where riding tours are available for those who are interested in the area. The Kútbarlang, which is of 700 meters distance, can be visited on arrangement.

Apart from the spa bath,  Hévíz has got some beautiful places of interests which are best to explore on a biking or walking tour (e.g.: Stone church of Egregy from Arpad ages, Winter bath, the Pantheon of Hévíz, the “altar stone of Jupiter”).

Those who long for an excursion can visit the ruin of Rezi castle, the betyár museum, the Stupa of Zalaszántó; hunters will enjoy the woods of Zala, anglers will enjoy Kis-Balaton and Balaton. Keszthely is only 5 kilometers away where the wonderful Festetics palace, the third biggest palace of Hungary is found. There are a lot more sights in the “capital of Balaton” as Keszthely is called, for example: museums, art exhibitions, statues, parks and so on. Sailing and pleasure-flight are also available.
